I am a dedicated Portuguese Architect with 15-plus years experience in the design of low/high-rise residential, hotels, retail, office and mixed-use buildings, sports facilities and interior designs; Generated preliminary design concepts and prepared presentations; Created concepts of development of urban environments; Experienced in all studies of project design from initial concept through detailing to completion on site; Solid background in preparation of work drawings, schedules and architectural specifications plus tender documentation as well as on-site supervision; Met local and national building codes and construction regulations; Results-focused team player who can also work with a minimum supervision or independently.
