I will go to Saint Etienne near lyon in September for one year. Has anyone information on nay grants, loans,etc that could be available.
Also a chinese friend who studied in Parsi many years ago mentioned that student couples living together could apply for added assistance. If anyone has even a website to look at it would be great.
