I need to get an internet connection but heard horrible stories about Spanish Internet providers. Any recommendation?

Hi there,
I faced the same question when I came from the US 20 days ago..I would advice to get a 3G card say for instance from Movistar. The cards works very well and you can connect from anywhere you want. In fact, I am now writing to you from a train from Cologne to Karlsruhe :-)
Cheers,

Gustavo: are you happy or unhappy with orange? I`m confused ;)

I'm happy with orange. Customer service is no good and you have to call a stupid 902 number, but it's the same with all of them.

I read you discussion as I also need to get DSL in Spain. Does any of you have any experience with Terra or Wanadoo? The DSL prices of Telefonica are just so high...

Telefonica is quite good in Barcelona. I never heard something bad about it, only for the price!
I had a problem with my router last week, so Internet was not working. I called them and the day after a technical guy came, changed it and did not make me pay for it. That's not so bad!
But don't take yacom, a friend of mine is since 2 weeks without internet at home. She called them like 10 times and they don't do anything to fix it!!DSL in Spain

I heard Telefonica is completely unreliable and has a horrible customer service. To a friend of mine they just changed the contract details and told him to leave if he didn't expect. So I was thinking of an alternative provider, any suggestions?
