German men

I'm hearing lots of terrible stories about German men and their lack of romance. Is this true? Anybody got any "real-life experience"? :-)

    there are guys like this everywhere. especially where i live in the US
    and when i went to germany, the FIRST guy i met there
    was the sweetest most amazing guy i have ever ran into.

    and im sure he has his flaws but he just acted different
    then all the other guys i have met.

    but i dont think it is JUST german guys.
    it is all guys, and girls can be pretty bad too
    maybe your just talking to the wrong people
    or running into the wrong guys.

    honestly part of the reason im moving to germany
    is because the guy i met <3

    also. i heard that germans just have a more realistic look on things
    unlike some people in america and other places
    with the cinderella stories and false hopes of romance.
    ive been told the germans think more realistically
    so they dont get heart broken and because they know how the world really is

    I do I know germans :P amazing men they usually cook awesome have a big heart and a hard hand.....

    well...you are just doing exactly the same you judge by getting mad about comments regarding german guys...some of them are true others dont.If you dont respect freedom of speech you cannot join a forum,cause thats all about it,giving opinions in a respectful way.

    where did stereotypes came from?mostly from a common behaviour pattern...every culture has its own.

    I'm married with a german,i live in germany,most women here do,so dont come with your kiddo posts cause you are unable to respect others' opinions.

    Everyones' comments are considered as satire -- generalizations, to say the least. Of which, I think EVERY culture does with others. Your post was a low blow, spoken from a man whose picture looks like he's smelling his own armpit.

    I gather you don't appreciate stereotypes so I will say that your picture alone definitely is at fault for the same thing you accuse others, it's far from getting yourself laid.

    you judge people from articles you read, i bet youve never met any german guy in person.

    most of the stuff in this "forum" is just ignorant and racist hatespeak from ugly woman that never get laid.

    maybe you should actually go to germany and meet some different people before you judge about that.

    The just concluded ENGLISH FA cup played at Wembly. Two players born in thesame Country coleided on the pitch on the opposite side. We know what happened on the pitch.Nobody supports bad tackle,but what drives me crazy is what I have been reading in German yahoo.de comments people are saying .Some people just write things that are racist there.somebody wrote his othere 50%blood is bad.How could correct human beings lose there head.Many people are already translating so that people in Africa can understand how racist some people are. Can somebody tell me who made the Famous footballer from Holland go on early retirement in the 90's ,from which country.the truth shall be told.I Love football but fancy tackle like brazil. Not cut and rough edge harmer type.the youngman learn his craft in thesame neighbourhood.why should we deny him. It is our brand of product only it is not stamped fully with our consience.just a food for taught. I wish both of them well.

    i'm new to the site and to this forum. i find the topic really interesting because i've been hearing a lot about german people, specifically german men and i didn't know that some are true :)

    I can only suggest you do not give all your heart in this relationship.Have a plan B incase he behaives like his tipical German mentality.Some of them are Mama's boy.There mothers try to middle in their son's affairs.you have to speak over this constantly,untill this goes into his brains.If you happened to have a kid with him,then everything changes.He might decide to follow your rules if he is not an alcoholic type.when if he is alcoholic type,then becareful for he can be brutal;very brutal.some of them could Qualify for maximum.pen.like in the USA.just watch your back always.D'nt be carried away in your relationship.

    am asking for advice from you since u seem honest.i have a german friend that ive known for an year and a half+we're really close(we go to movies tgather ect.) and even though hes not romantic(am a hopeless romantic),the oppsite of me but i love him.he smiles when he sees me,makes fun of me(but says sorry if i do get hurt from his harsh words),he is though the quite type and am not)when im with him alone i dont know what to say.he doent like his ex says shes a slut lol.and ive already told him that i like him and he said "i cant c us going more than being friends)he teases me about it and still is himself (i jumped on his back once just for fun once lol)did i forget to tell u he is so smart.do u think he doesnt know if he wants be as a friends so that we dont loss our friendship like my bf says or that their is a chance that he might like me"
