To all interested about visa issues

    Hi All!
Im gonna reply some things that may be useful to some of you:

For tourist visa denial: To make the appeal you should wait to be notified in writing and then make the appeal (if you want with a lawyer or friend or by your self just googling). Prepare a document with dates and mentioning FACTS not ideas or plans about your relationship and summarizing all the things both of you have done to be together (vacations together, travels, skype conversations, pictures, family meetings, etc). I was denied a tourist visa in 2012 and present my appeal 1 week after I got the letter and I got my visa approved in less than 10 days. If possible show more proofs about your income, for example if you live at home with your parents you can show that you share expenses, something like that.
For the ones gathering information about their relationship: As the embassy told me : please do not present some sort of Bible of Skype conversations, you have to summarize and present and print at least one or two per month, not all of the conversations or chats you have had.
For the rest: Keep the faith, one day at a time (like Z Pardo says) and see you in Belgium soon!!!

    Hello Nutty Fab!!

Im NOT an expert but from MY point of view if the Embassy wants to deny your visa they would not call you for a second interview! Maybe they need some clarification for some issues or they have questions. So just get all your documents ready and trust that everything will be ok.
I know its hard at this time but believe me (Im living in Belgium now with my boyfriend, we are samewonen now and even though I miss my country and friends a little am extremely happy!) ITS GONNA GET BETTER!!!
So, keep the faith and i wish you all the best...Maybe see you in Belgium soon!

Thank you so much ZD Pardo, i really do appreciate your response, by the way, i did told my boyfriend about you and i send him the link of your blog about visit a friend and also when you applied for fiancee Visa. He is so happy that there is someone who did share her experiences also you gave us the detailed how you start processing your papers. Its really a big help to those couples who wished to apply desame visa and i know that we are one of them, we were planning to apply one day, our relationship is already 8 months, as you have said 'ONE DAY AT A TIME" and i believe in it, i believe in you.. Thank you so much dear ZD Pardo.. God bless and more Power, I will keep you posted.. :-)

@sharon D - sorry about your visa refusal..i would advise that you wait for the reason of refusal before you reapply so you would know what they want and can prepare for the reapplication..I'm sorry I can't help out about appeal because I haven't done it..
@kathleen Y - i did the same..i printed out e-mails, messages from skype and others, phone bills..all possible proofs of communication..
@nutty fab - i also had a second interview when we applied for fiancee visa..it's more detailed and draining interview..and my visa approved..so I guess it's a good sign..good luck!

Hello, it has been 5 weeks since I lodged my application and a few days ago I got a call from Embassy that I have to go for a second interview. Do you think it is a good sign or what? Thanks.
