Hello,
We are going to move out of our apartment soon. We have reasons to believe that the landlord will try to charge us for various small cosmetical repairs in order to make the apartment look as new as possible. Also, we were not allowed to leave our contract before the end of the 3 years, not even if we found a new tenant.
So I would like to contact some sort tenants' association to get a consultation.
