Hi all,
I want to send my kid for an English course. There are quite a lot of language schools in Scottland but since it would be a first time abroad alone for my daughter (she is 14 years old) and she doesn't speak english that well, I'm wondering - how hard is to understand Scottish (or the Glasgow accent)? Or would you suggest rather to send her for language course to London?

Hia, I`m living in the Isle of Arran, near Glasgow and the accent is horrible, sometimes I can´T UNDERSTAND A WORD!. If I were you I´ll send your kid to London, I think is a better place to learn english properly.Good luck!
