Looking to move to Drammen need some basic info on Norway.

Hello All!
I'm a newbie here, so please don't judge.
I am being offered a job opportunity in Drammen as an Engineer. Now based on contract housing, insurance, mondatory education, transportation and utilities are going to be covered. Given that we are a family of four; me, my wife and two kids of age 2 and 10. What is the reasonable salary I need to ask for so that I can make some savings and pay my mortgage here in homecountry circa 500 USD/month.

Also I know that there is an International School in Kongsberg where my work will be, but I was told we will be living in Drammen. Are there any English speaking schools in Drammen or districts?
