I’ve been having frequent headaches lately and I don’t know why. At first I blamed the weather because I’m not really used to it yet. I moved from the west coast to the east and I must say the weather is definitely different here. It’s like a foreign place to me but not at the same time? Anyway, the headaches last for a few hours and goes away but it would hurt again sometimes. I just took OTC pain relievers. It’s getting annoying, though. I would’ve to slow down with work or with reading whenever there’s that throbbing on my head again. My friends said it’ll pass, some colleagues suggested maybe it’s just the stress of moving and adjusting. Should I just ignore it or do I go seek a doctor?

To be safe and calm, it’s necessary to see a doctor if it happens again

Have you checked your blood pressure?. Seeking a DR. is a good idea, you may also have blood work done.
