The single most important factor in getting hired in Germany is German language skills. You did not mention your level here, but without German, you are secluded from all jobs requiring interaction with customers, suppliers, partners and colleagues - not much is left then!
The second most important factor is connections and industry knowledge. Try in an industry where you know the people and companies, and network furiously!
