    Rejected after MOI approval?

    Assalamu 'alaikum all.

    I'm an American student in Makkah. I applied at Jeddah's istiqdam office and got the white approval paper for a visit visa for my wife. (Tasreeh ziyarah).

    Then I applied on the MOFA website, went to their office, and activated it. It was rejected in one day.

    Can someone tell me why it was rejected? I was approved by istiqdam office. I never submitted the approval paper to MOFA because no one asked for it. They just activated my request and I assumed MOI had already given them the approval electronically.
