    Hi There Veronica,
    i don't remember when, but i read a couple articles about Brazilian plastic surgeons, and i agree, BUT, there are only some and they live in Rio, or São Paulo, and most of those articles said to have word of mouth from real clients from Italy, Canada, and even USA.

    so i believe it, but i'm never going to do it cuz i'm happy the way God made me. :D
