Check the DVZ website (https://dofi.ibz.be/sites/dvzoe/NL/Pages/Hoezithetmetmijnvi
sumaanvraag.aspx) and see if the status of your visa says AKKOORD. If it still says "Toekenning..." it means the DVZ is still waiting for the additional document that they requested from you.You should also call the Embassy (visa section is only open from 2:30 PM until 4 PM) and tell them about the email that you received.
I hope the ticket is still refundable just in case the visa section did make a mistake.
