    Extension of visit visa

    My sister's visit visa is going to expire on 16th Dec.2013 and we went to passport office to renew but the officer told to come on the same date of 16th dec.2013. I understood from this form that we can renew it even before 4 days but now the situation is like this. Can any one answer please ?
