    1st app: 6003675

    Iqama Num: 2339373371
    please review them and help that which is correct.
    i 1st i made all characters capital
    in second i also added husband name after the name of my wife. as i shown you in passport picture.

    Also today a person told me that many applications just mentioning the wife full name are accepted before no need to give the husband or father name too.
    Please advice.
