Hi Usman,
Usually after you have got your offer, the company will direct you to undergo medical check up from an authorised hospital in your home country in order to apply for your visa. The company will require the following document to process your visa:
1) Passport copy
2) Medical report (from LMRA authorised clinic)
3)Signed offer letter
