    Hello to all Filipinos in Belgium,

    My name is Xandra. I'm glad to be a part of this forum.. I will have my interview this coming February 11 for a fiancé visa. Does anybody know if I need to have my NBI clearance legalized? (Red ribbon) based on the Belgium website,it did not state that it should be legalized by DFA. I want to make sure that I have everything right..I hope someone can clear my thoughts about this.
