    Dear for Nikkah nama first attest it from Ministry of foreign affairs pakistan then saudi consulate in pakistan.. and for your educational degree same 1st HEC then MOFA (pakistan) then Saudi consulate in pakistan... after these attestations. then Saudi Mofa (jeddah, dammam or riyadh) will attest... and they only atest original documents .. after all these attestations you can then translate your documents here in saudi arabia.
