    I think,we can not apply new form as there is our current application not rejected,as per your earlier message--- i got advice from our HR dept to wait untill to get final message,i already prepared application last weak ( not activated with Chamber )....still in hope ...may allah issue soon....insha llah...includes me in ur prays
