hi. we have our documents submitted for fiance visa in Belgium embassy in Manila first week of oct. and interviewed again first week of dec. we're wondering what is the average processing time for this visa type..we are hoping to get married before our marriage declaration expires feb 10..does anyone here wants to share their experiences re fiance visa? thanks and happy new year!

I've been following this forum from page one to last, im freakin' paranoid about my family reunionith with EU member since this is my first application and hopefully my first travel abroad, i just lodged my application on aug. 15 and i was expecting that they will ask a lot of documents since if you check the website they added additional requirements but it turned out not really complicated as i thought. they only took the basic docs. minus that additional papers on website, i dont know where to get info before that day and i got even surprise when the woman in the counter didnt ask me to pay the visa application fee but i got a receipt, after reading this forum i felt relax. hope evrything will go smoothly with me, thanks for this forum you made me think positive

Hello guys,
How are you doing both? I will have my appointment on August 5 but the embassy send sms to me that they are close. I did not call them yet since I still have some problems with the papers of my partner(supporting documents for his income) he dont have exact amount for his pension as it will effect on september as he will will be 65 then.
He only sent me bank certificate but this is not enough proof. And real estate certificate.
And he wanted me to live with him, do you think cohabitation is applicable?

I am back, just busy recently and I had so many problems.huhuhu
I will have my appointment on August 5,2011. But the embassy texted me they are close on August 5. I did not call it yet since I am still have problems with the documents of my partner.(supporting documents for Financial matters) As he dont have exact amount for his pension both in BE and in Paris. He only have certificate that he had a pension from an Insurance company and real estate certificate. And bank certificate( no name appeared on the certificate.)
Here I am again, hehe. My partner wanted me to live with him, Do you think Cohabitation is the best?
Help me...Huhuhu

I am actually going to apply for 2 weeks only. heheheh, nervous but its gonna be fun, the pressure and the waiting for the result... I really hope being married wont be a problem,,, btw do i have to fill in number 34 in the application form? Im a little bit confused, as much as possible I dont want to make erasures in the application form...

Good day Desert Vixen,
ZD Pardo and Anna is bUsy I guess. hehehe. My partner decided that I am going to apply for cohabitation. Because he wanted me to live there. DO I need an invitation letter for this? I have all the proof that we know each other very well since January 2009. And officially keeping in touch on email March 2009( I still have email from him and my email to him) up to present. CArds, etc. He visited me here in PH march 2010.(with photod) we toured Bohol(with photos) and Manila (with condo receipts and photos that we were together) he stayed 17 days. And on October 2010 he visited me again he stayed 30 days. we travelled cagayan(with photos)Davao ( with photos) Tagum City(with photos) and my hometown(with photos with my family) And here In manila with hotel receipts ( again with photos) I still have skype screenshots. Yahoo and FB screenshots. and copy of western union receipts since March 2010.
What do you think?
