Living in Spain

I do life in Spain to say it directly because Gibraltar is not really affordable.
My flat here has 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms and is 700€ including all bills and I share it so it's rather cheap for almost 130m².The average rent in Gib starts at 800 GBP for a very tiny place with 1 room without any bills.
Places with 2 rooms and 1 bathroom can go from 1000 up to over 3000 and even if the living quality is good, the price is really killing.
Internet in Gib is bad, really bad and expensive, 15MB lines for 40 GBP or so, whilst in La Linea I get full 100 MBit fiber for 40€ a month. ;)Hope that helps a bit.
So best to check both sides and decide for yourself. :)
